LuminaX is proud to announce its latest partnership with Aginic Ventures, leaders in working with ambitious early-stage founders to design, build and launch game changing health and wellbeing startups.
Through Aginic Ventures capital partner ‘Galaktik’, the partnership offers one of the ten 2023 LuminaX startups with an equity-based investment offer – dedicated towards building and launching the next big HealthTech venture.
Beyond the investment, the partnership will also offer the opportunity for the LuminaX founding cohort to connect directly with the Aginic Ventures product teams, through specialised training, support and mentorship. This is an incredible opportunity for founders looking to learn directly from startup experts not only across the Aginic Ventures team, but more broadly via their parent company the Mantel Group.
Co-Founder of Aginic Ventures and Galaktik, Rob Mackay said the partnership will support founders to create an impact within the health sector.
“We are excited to be working with LuminaX to support the next wave of game changing HealthTech startups,” said Rob. “We believe that the startups accepted into the 2023 program will have a significant impact on the industry, and we look forward to supporting them in every way we can.”

LuminaX Program Director Dren Xerxa said the partnership will support health founders at the very beginning of their startup journey.
“We are thrilled to have Aginic Ventures officially join us as a 2023 LuminaX partner,” said Dren, LuminaX. “Their investment and expertise in the HealthTech industry will be invaluable to our startups, and we are excited to see the impact this partnership will have on the success of the 2023 cohort.”
Via the Galaktik fund, Aginic Ventures has previously supported investments into past LuminaX alumni, including CPD platform Eduvidd, and diabetes subscription service Stripped Supply.
Aginic Ventures joins Griffith University, Queensland Government, City of Gold Coast, and Mater Hospital as partners in the 2023 LuminaX Health Accelerator.
