It’s been an enormous year at Cohort Innovation Space – our most industry diverse, partnership driven, and student-powered year yet. From hosting the Gold Coast’s largest founder-investor connect event to delivering LX Health’s biggest demo night, every month brought something exciting and new to the table for Australia’s growing startup ecosystem.
Of course, none of this would have been possible without our incredible community. A massive thank you to the supporters who show up to our events, the mentors and coaches who dedicate their valuable time to empowering founders, and of course, the ever-reliable coffee machine that fuels it all (with almond milk being the clear 2024 MVP!).

- InvestFest was our fastest-selling event of the year!
- The Talent of Tomorrow event drew record-breaking student engagement.
- We hosted 25 of Australia’s top VCs at Cohort.
- Over 500 founders from across Australia joined our events.
- We facilitated 400 hours of mentoring and coaching for startups.
- The LuminaX HealthTech Accelerator program participants have raised $23.5M+ to date.
- Our mentor pool grew by 30%, now including 40 VCs, investors, and industry experts.
- 1,099 attendess at 71 program and events delivered by the Cohort team in 2024.
