Managing products at a company with privacy at its heart can lead to unique challenges in understanding the customer. Adam + Jim will be talking about their experience in embedding user research into the Anonyome’s ways of working from scratch, with few funds, limited access and a lot of trial and error.

About the speakers:

• Jim O’Malley – Jim has well over 12 years of experience leading and managing teams wearing titles ranging across UX, Product & Service Design, Innovation and Strategy. He last headed up a Strategic Design team tackling challenges for a range of start-ups, scale-ups and Enterprise clients. Jim has since jumped into Product Managing at Anonyome Labs.
• Adam Famularo – Adam has spent the last ten years in the world of startups and innovation. He has worked in agency consulting and product-led businesses, managing and overseeing product portfolios and teams. After managing a 30+ person cross-functional team over several years, Adam transitioned into a pure-play Product Manager role at Anonyome Labs. Now, he continues his focus on product and team enablement while driving the Sudo Platform B2B product offering growth.
