The biggest risk that most startups, scaleups, or any new product has is not whether they can build the product, it is whether they build the right product. They also need to stay alive long enough to build it. Once you accept things such as: customers “lying”, crazy time and money constraints, imperfect estimation, etc; it becomes easier but not easy.
