Jason loves working with great people that care about making a difference in the world, by making it easier for startups and SME’s to raise capital and grow. And getting it done while making sure to make time for fun.
He believes we all have the opportunity to create a brighter future. We just have to do it. So he’s working to build a meaningful tech company on the Gold Coast, so my kids and their friends don’t have to move away when they grow up. And I’m working with some incredible people on a real problem – early-stage funding for innovation is super hard, and we can help this a lot! And help lots of awesome people achieve their dreams.
I’ve had a great career so far gaining a broad range of business management experience over the last 20 years in Australia and Europe in global multi-national and small-medium business environments. In that time I’ve been responsible for key most functions in business and now focus more on leadership, sales and partnerships, in B2B/DTC software innovation. If you were to ask the people I worked with what core skills I bring to a leadership team, I think they would say positivity, enthusiasm and drive. I’m a strong believer in balanced results delivering long-term success – meaning I ensure that every person inside and outside the organisation I work with is treated well and with respect at all times.
In my ‘spare time’ I am a family man, surfer, futurist and investment analyst.
