HealthTech Connect Event Journeys into Healthtech

Are you in healthcare and have ideas for innovation but are unsure where to start? Or do you have a technical background and want to move into the healthcare space but are unsure how to navigate the opaque healthcare system and its many stakeholders? Or do you just have an interest in health innovation?
HealthTech Connect have partnered with Cohort Innovation Space to bring you a free evening with a range of entrepreneurs, both clinicians and technical experts, who have made the journey into health technology innovation and will share their advice for getting started and common pitfalls.
There will be an audience Q&A and an informal networking session where you can meet like-minded people and chat to the experts.
Panellists:
- Professor Randipsingh Bindra: ‘Randy’ is a serial entrepreneur in the medical device space. He is currently the CEO of Ontic Ortho Solutions as well as a full-time consultant orthopaedic hand surgeon at Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service.
- Kelvin Ross: Kelvin has a technical background as an electrical engineer and data scientist who has moved into the health technology space. He is the CTO of Datarwe which focuses on the use of AI in healthcare.
- Dr James Fielding: James is the CEO of Audeara which is focused on the hearing health space, having made the transition from being a medical doctor to entrepreneur.
