Cohort Founders Retreat

Cohort Innovation Space will be running a Founders Retreat April 30 – May 1 2022. This year will be two days of rafting down the mighty Nymbioda River.
WHEN: APRIL 30 – May 1 (2 days, 1 night)
WHERE: Nymboida River NSW. Meet at South Grafton 8:00am Saturday morning (2.5 hrs drive from GC, exact location TBC)
WHAT: Rafting 4-5 hours on Saturday followed by Camping. Sunday 4-5 hours rafting and dropped back to Grafton in the afternoon. Food and accommodation will be included, tents will be set up when we arrive on Saturday afternoon. BYO sleeping bag and booze.
River Information
The Upper Nymboida River is regarded as one of the best rafting rivers in Australia and is the closest rafting river to Brisbane. On your rafting adventure you will drive up into the lush hinterland ranges and over the natural bushland forests of Nymboida-Bindery National Park to the river to experience a surging grade 5 river with exciting rapids and whitewater.Rafting on the Upper Nymboida River will guide you through this rugged paradise richly steeped in history, lush rainforests, spectacular gorges and deep tranquil pools. This unique rafting tour will give you awesome contrasts of power and peace, giving you the ultimate outdoor playground all year round.
Start: Sat 8:00AM (Location in Grafton TBC)
It is 3 hours south of Gold Coast, you can stay there on Friday night to be refreshed in the morning or drive down 5:00am on Sat morning
Sat Night:
Camping in the National Park – BYO sleeping bag and booze
Sunday:
Sunday will involve another full day of rafting and we should be back to the cars in the mid-afternoon and home by dinner
