⚡ Direct from Colorado, co-founder of Tanda, Alex Ghiculescu joins us at Cohort Innovation Space for his only Gold Coast appearance.
Alex co-founded the Australian startup success story Tanda in 2012 alongside University friends Jake Phillpot, Josh Cameron, and Tasmin Trezise.
In short, Tanda is a software company that builds best in market workforce management and wage compliance software. In 2019 the startup was acquired and rebranded as Workforce.com.
The global tech company has now grown to 150 staff across Australia, the UK and the US, servicing clients such as Bunnings Warehouse, Deloitte, & Starbucks Australia.
We chat with Alex about his founder’s journey, the setbacks and challenges the team have navigated and what lies ahead.
